Contact
A question about the timer, a bug to report or an idea to make it better? Write to us — every message is read.
Send Us an Email
There is no contact form on this page: we keep no visitor data of our own, and a form would mean starting to. A direct email is simpler and more private.
What You Can Write About
Anything below gets a reply. The more precise the message, the faster the fix.
A bug or something broken
The timer drifts, the sound stays silent, fullscreen does nothing, a button is unreachable on your screen. Tell us your browser, your device and which timer page you were on.
A missing timer or setting
A training format we have not covered, a preset that should exist, a work or rest range that is too narrow for your sport. These requests shape what gets built next.
Accessibility feedback
Anything that makes the timer hard to use with a keyboard, a screen reader, reduced motion or high contrast. Accessibility reports are treated as bugs, not as suggestions.
Legal, press and partnerships
Editorial requests, content questions, corrections to a training guide, or anything covered by our privacy policy and legal notice. Use the same address.
How a Message Is Handled
You write
Send your message to contact@workouttimeronline.com from any email client. No account and no form to fill in.
We reply
Messages are answered in the order they arrive, usually within two to three business days.
Your email is deleted
Once the exchange is closed, your message and your address are removed from the mailbox. Nothing is added to a list.
Before You Write
Is the timer really free?
Yes. Every timer on this site is free, with no account, no trial and no paid version. There is nothing to unlock, so there is nothing to ask us about pricing.
Do you store anything about me?
No account and no form, so nothing that identifies you. The site does measure how it is used, with Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, and it carries Google advertising; in Europe neither sets a cookie unless you consent. What they record and how to refuse them is set out in our privacy policy.
The sound does not play on my phone. Is that a bug?
Usually not. Mobile browsers only allow sound after you interact with the page, so press Start once and check that your device is not on silent. If it still stays quiet, write to us with your phone model and browser.
Can I ask for a timer that does not exist yet?
Yes, and those are welcome messages. Describe your sport or workout format and the work, rest and round structure you need, and we will look at adding it.
